At To Be Calm, we embrace the ancient practice of using vibrational sound to bring about a sense of calm and relaxation. Through the harmonious tones of Tibetan bowls, drumming, crystal bowls, and a variety of other instruments, we aim to guide individuals out of their current state of stress and anxiety and into a space of peace and tranquility.


Recognizing the challenges that come with managing stress and anxiety, we approach each individual with empathy and understanding. Our experienced practitioners work closely with clients, implementing various tuning fork protocols to help release tension and promote a sense of balance. We understand that the journey towards anger/stress and anxiety management is unique for each person, which is why we offer a range of techniques tailored to suit your specific needs.


During our sessions, clients have the option of choosing between a 60-minute or 90-minute session, allowing for a personalised experience that fits into their schedule.

We provide clients with practical tools to take away, including breath-work exercises and easily accessible meditations designed for individuals leading busy lives. By incorporating these techniques into your daily routine, you can continue to cultivate a sense of inner peace and well-being long after your session with us.


Our pricing is set at $120 for a 60-minute session and $150 for the longer 90-minute duration.
